About Us
Europe's financial advisors are drowning in compliance work: 40% of their time lost to fragmented, outdated tools. Regulation is only increasing, yet the software hasn't kept up. We're building an agentic AI platform that does the work, not just tracks it. We're looking for an AI Engineer to help shape this from the ground up.
The Role
We're hiring our first hire, a full-time AI Engineer, to accelerate our development of a new category: Financial Advisors' agentic AI platform. You'll design and ship production-ready agentic workflows that automate critical compliance-heavy tasks. These range from client onboarding and investment proposal generation to audit readiness and regulatory checks.
What you'll be working on with the founders:
- Build and deploy autonomous AI workflows (LLM-based, multi-agent, traceable)
- Translate regulatory constraints into working code (MiFID II, IDD, SFDR)
- Co-architect our agent stack: prompt logic, fallback paths, memory, data layers, and more
- Prototype user-facing interactions (input/output UX, review modes)
- Ship early and often: velocity and iteration matter
- Work closely with co-founders across compliance, product, and sales to translate real user friction into backend intelligence
What you bring with:
- You have 5+ years of software development experience or a Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Strong experience with LLMs and/or agentic architectures in production. You know how to build agents and know how to prompt them effectively. Debugging LLM generations and evaluating LLM pipelines are second nature to you
- You're a versatile backend developer who can hit the ground running, building and configuring projects using TypeScript (Node.js, ai-sdk, Cloudflare Workers, React, Tailwind, Handlebars)
- You're a vibe-coding pro, using tools like Claude Code / Cursor / Windsurf on a daily basis
- A natural proactive accountability to drive the work you undertake
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills (English)
- Bonus point: Worked in early stage ventures before
- Bonus point: Experience in regulated, high-trust domains a strong plus
